Meeting with the President of Pakistan

Dr Arif Alvi, President of Pakistan) accompanied by Mr Shafqat Mehmood, Minister of Federal Education & Professional Training visited ICG, F-6/2 on 23^rd April, 2020 to acknowledge the efforts of members of TeleSchool Committee who volunteered to work despite difficult times to provide learning opportunities to students at home amid Covid 19. Speaking to the TeleSchool project team, he said that the provision of distance education through TeleSchool would help the children save their precious time, through online education from home in the current situation. The minister for MoFEPT, Mr Shafqat Mehmood said that the project would be further improved as a mechanism is being developed to get the feedback of techers and students.

Mr President appreciated the efforts of TeleSchool team who has been working tirelessly and have risen to the challenge to make TeleSchool a reality

Speaking at the occasion, Prof Sabah Faisal, Principal IMCCG, Chairperson TeleSchool Committee thanked her team of faculty members from different schools and colleges from Islamabad for volunteering during these difficult times and working around the clock.
