1What makes this institution special and what are you as an administrator proud of?
Commerce education is the backbone for economic progress and development of a country. Our main focus is to empower students by providing them quality education and training to build up their skills and confidence. We also prepare them to lead and cope with challenges in a competitive national and global industrial and financial market. The commencement of BS Program in Accounting & Finance and Commerce is a great step ahead for the college.
2Where do you think your school lacks? What are next steps for improvement by the government?
The qualified faculty is always an asset for all the institutions. The continuous growth in enrollment of students in different programs needs more professional faculty to be inducted which is done by authorities through proper channel and soon inshallah we will be fully equipped in human resources.
3Why should my child prefer your institution for a particular discipline over other colleges?
Our institution is the only commerce college in twin cities. We prepare our students to lead and cope with challenges in a competitive national and global industrial and financial market.
4What programs does the school offer that help it stand out from other schools in the area?
We offer I.Com and M.Com classes as well as BS-Accounting and Finance, BS-Commerce and ADP Commerce, which no other female institution provides.
5What is the scope of related degree program in market?
The scope of Commerce and Accounting is wide and extends in business, trade, government, financial institutions, individuals and families and every other arena. The accounting principle is used in every step. Many think the accounting scope is only limited to financial transactions of a business concern but in fact, it is not true. Accounting is essential for all types of business organizations, even for individuals and families.
6Do you have enough physical and human resources for smooth running of the institution?
Currently we have resources to cater our students but as the programs and enrollment of students will increase in coming years the requirements have been notified to the authorities and will be provided soon. inshallah. we are coping with the shortage of any physical and human resource with dedication and motivation
7What is the school’s educational philosophy?
To ensure that IMCCG emerges as a viable bank for future trade and commerce leaders on the fast-expanding canvas of Pakistan and to provide quality education focusing the market trends and demands in the discipline of commerce and accounting.
8What is the situation of latest technology resources (labs, website etc)?
We are equipped with computer lab, which is sufficient for students now and are planning to add another state-of-art technology lab with the help of national technology board. the college has its own website which is regularly updated with latest information.
9Do you have a well-equipped library in your institution?
The institution has a fully equipped library. Books and Journals are continuously being added to meet the latest trends and demands. We are also working to digitized all the resources so that they are available for students all the time.
10Does your institution have sports and athletic resources and opportunities?
Importance of sports and physical activities is very well realized by us. We do have opportunities of table tennis, cricket, football, cycling, and badminton etc. Currently we are trying to add a basketball court and cycling/jogging track for the students.
11Do you have college transport for students?
The institution has 03 buses available for safe transport of students.
12Do you have an educational portal for students?
The students and parents can communicate with teachers any time through dedicated WhatsApp groups. The college website is being updated to add a student/parent corner/portal to it.
13Do you have the facility for e-correspondence?
Correspondence with authorities is done through e-office or e-mails. The students or parents can contact the college through the official email address.
14Do you feel you prepare your students for life and career?
We try to develop “21st century skills,” such as teamwork, critical thinking, problem-solving, and self-management that are seen as valuable for success in the workplace, citizenship, and family life. These are done through different curricular and co-curricular activities.
15How much importance do you give to life skills?
In our institution we give much importance to life skills because in everyday life, the development of life skills helps students to: Find new ways of thinking and problem solving. Recognize the impact of their actions and teaches them to take responsibility for what they do rather than blame others. Build confidence both in spoken skills and for group collaboration and cooperation
16Will you help students learn outside of textbooks and classrooms? if yes. how?
Learning experiences outside the classroom are forms of experiential learning. These experiences are rooted in the simple principle that “experience is the best teacher.” Teaching and learning experiences that take place outside of the confines of the classroom walls have a range of benefits for both students and instructors. When students are asked to put into practice “in the real world” what they have theorized about from behind a desk, the result is a student-centric learning experience that enhances learning and fosters personal and social development.

We are equipped to meet the future and are always trying to update and improve our resources according to the latest global trends.
18Do you provide career counselling sessions to the students?
We do provide career counselling sessions to our students as well as students of other institution to make them aware of career options in Commerce and Accounting. We also provide interaction with market companies, after due permission from authorities, to guide our students about the options they have if they pursue a career in said program
19How safe is your school? What are the school safety policies?
A school should always be a place where students are safe and protected. It our responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of students. We have appropriate security measures in place to protect school property and ensure a safe and secure environment for staff and students. these include CCTV cameras, Round the clock guards, day to day duty teachers and rounds by management to look for any untoward incident and take measure to deal with it.
20What is the value system of your institution? How do you inculcate values and ethics in students
Participation of students in school assembly, curricular and co-curricular activities, celebrations of national and religious festivals, work experiences, team games and sports, social service camps, can help them in inculcating the values of co-operation, mutual regards, honesty, integrity, discipline and social responsibility.
21How do you and your faculty cope with different learning speeds of students?
We all have a way in which we best learn. Many student in class have a different learning style or speed , which can be challenging. However, by trying to incorporate various methods into teaching, we may be able to reach the majority of our students. sometimes an extra effort or push on the part of teacher can do wonders.
22How many undergraduate and graduate students attend this school?
Currently 700 graduates and undergraduates are enrolled in our institution and the number will be increasing in the coming years.
23How diverse is this campus? What are different co-curricular activities you involve your students in?
Co-curricular activities complement what students are learning in school and support intellectual, emotional, social, moral, creative and physical development. We involve our students in diverse activities according to their interests and skills. For example sports teams, art club, science club, student council, debate club, civic society and the student newspaper etc.. Participation in co-curricular activities benefits students in many ways.
24Are involvements and achievements outside academics encouraged and supported?
Yes, we encourage and support participation in positive and healthy activities outside the formal teaching and the students are encouraged and help to be part of such activities
25Do the co-curricular activities hinder the academic learning process?
The co-curricular activities are planned in such a way that they complement the curriculum taught and do not hinder in the academic progress of the student.
26How available are you to students or parents’ complaints and suggestions
Me and my staff are always available to any suggestion or complaint by the parents or students. These are forwarded to the concerned department and are dealt with utmost care and responsibility.
27What are the career opportunities’ my daughter can have after completing her degree?
Different career opportunities in accounting and Commerce are : Actuary, Auditor, Bank Examiner, Certified Public Accountant, Chief Accountant, Controller, Finance Manager, Financial Analyst, Advisor, Compliance Officer, Corporate Planner etc.
28What is your academic advisory system like? How do you provide academic advice to students?
Our academic advisory committee guide students to make the best decisions based on their majors and provide information as well as options to help them fulfill their degree requirements without wasting time and money. We assist students in their growth and development by constructing meaningful educational plans which are compatible with their life goals. It is a continuous and consistent process which is built upon the basis of frequent, accumulated personal contacts between advisor and advisee
29Do you have a college management committee where parents are also involved for betterment of the institution?
Yes we do have an active College Management Committee with a body of elected representatives of parents and teachers , whose responsibility is to assist in activities in school improvement and to take decisions in school management issues that impact directly upon the quality of education for children
30What is the pass percentage rate of your students? Are there any drop outs? if yes, why?
The pass percentage of last year was 98%. the dropout ratio has reduced a lot and in this session none of the student left the institution in middle of the session, which is very encouraging.
31Is your faculty qualified enough for the disciplines you are offering?
Yes we have a qualified team of faculty members, who are continuously striving hard to impart quality education to the students..
32Are the teacher offered opportunities for professional development trainings?
Yes, the teachers are offered opportunities for professional development time and again by the authorities. these trainings prove very beneficial for the students’ academic development.
33Do you have an orientation program for new students?
We do have orientation plans for new students and parents (if possible in circumstances) where different activities are planned to welcome, and assist students in their transition to a new educational experience.
34What are the facilities provided for special students?
We need to find ways to make all schools inclusive so that special children are not disadvantaged by facilities or services. currently we have wheelchair ramps and hand rails installed in bathroom to assist any special student.
35What kind of learning disability services do you offer?
We have Talking Word Processors/Speech-to-Text software installed and also the facility for digitized recording of the lectures if the need arises.
36How active is the alumni network?
Occasionally our Alumni visit college to guide and motivate students and share their success stories.

Approximately 50% students get paid internships, otherwise all can get unpaid internships if they request for it.

Job placement rate varies for different sessions but 70% of students get jobs after graduation if they desire so.
39What percentage of students are accepted in graduate or professional schools?
As commerce and Accounting education is offered only in selective universities or colleges almost all the students who apply are accepted in one institution or other.

Our institution does not have the facility of work-study on campus but students can work after college hour privately in any organization as they desire

The annual tuition fee has a very minimal rate of rising and is according to the fee structure provided by the authorities.
44Does your institution provide students with financial literacy training?
Financial literacy is the ability to understand and effectively use various financial skills, including personal financial management, budgeting, and investing. Financial literacy is critical because it equips us with the knowledge and skills we need to manage money effectively. We provide this guidance to the students along with our curriculum.
